INGREDIENTS

3-4
boneless/skinless chicken breasts
(cut in slices for faster cooking)

cup
flour
▢
1 ½
tbsp
salt
▢
½
tbsp
pepper
▢
½
tbsp
paprika
▢
½
cup
oleo or butter
(1 stick, cut in pieces)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Rinse chicken thoroughly in cold water and pat with paper towels.
Mix dry ingredients together in a zip-lock bag, shaking to mix completely.
Melt butter in shallow baking pan in the oven. (Remove the pan from the oven once the butter is melted.)
Place 3-4 pieces of chicken at a time in the bag.
Shake the back in order to coat the chicken thoroughly in the flour mixture.
Place chicken, in a single layer, in the baking pan.
Bake 30 minutes.
Turn chicken over and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
