INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 250° F. Place parchment on jellyroll baking pan.
In a small mixing bowl, whip together the egg white and water until frothy. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Add pecans to egg whites and stir to coat evenly.
Remove the nuts, and toss them in the sugar mixture until well coated.
Spread the nuts out onto the baking sheet.
Bake at 250° F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and place on wax paper to cool.
