INGREDIENTS

small onion divided

plum tomatoes cut in wedges

lean ground beef

dill pickles
(diced)

ketchup

yellow mustard

shredded cheese
▢

cups
thinly sliced green leaf lettuce

hamburger buns
(sliced)
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown ground beef – drain.
Slice onion in half – dice 1 of the halves, cut the other half into rings & set aside.
Add ketchup, mustard, pickles and diced onions to browned ground beef.
Heat through.
Layer lettuce, beef mixture, onion, cheese & tomatoes.
Serve with sliced, toasted hamburger buns.
