INGREDIENTS
Cake:

sugar

butter
(softened)

soda

cinnamon

buttermilk
▢

cups
plums
(drained and chopped)
Glaze:
▢
¼
cup
butter
▢
½
tsp
vanilla
▢
¾
cup
sugar
▢
⅓
cup
buttermilk
INSTRUCTIONS
Cake:
Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs and buttermilk.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour batter into a 9” X 13” pan (greased and floured)
Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
Glaze:
Cook until it starts to boil.
Pour over hot cake.
NOTES
Depending on size - about 12 servings!
Tip:
Add 1 T vinegar or lemon juice per cup milk to make buttermilk.
