INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 lb pecan halves
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 250° F. Place parchment on jellyroll baking pan.
- In a small mixing bowl, whip together the egg white and water until frothy. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add pecans to egg whites and stir to coat evenly.
- Remove the nuts, and toss them in the sugar mixture until well coated.
- Spread the nuts out onto the baking sheet.
- Bake at 250° F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from pan and place on wax paper to cool.
