Plum Pudding Cake
This recipe is delicious with or without the glaze! Serve with a glass of milk or in a bowl with milk!

INGREDIENTS
Cake:
- 2 cup flour
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups plums (drained and chopped)
Glaze:
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ¾ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup buttermilk
INSTRUCTIONS
Cake:
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Add eggs and buttermilk.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour batter into a 9” X 13” pan (greased and floured)
- Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
Glaze:
- Cook until it starts to boil.
- Pour over hot cake.
NOTES
- Depending on size - about 12 servings!
