This is really good with french bread!

I’ve always loved beef stew, but it always (seemed to) take forEVER for it to cook, much less all the trouble add the vegetables at the right time. The Instant Pot makes it an easy dinner! Brown the meat, toss everything in, cover with water, cook for 35 minutes, release the pressure, and done!

I was looking for a quick dinner, but wanted something different, when I stumbled on this recipe. It looked easy enough, so I thought I’d try it! It was delicious. Of course, I modified a lot of it and it turned out great. It’s our new favorite.

This is Roni’s favorite dinner! I have sweet memories of Zene and they all fill my house when I make this recipe!
